"I want to preface by saying that I have never in my life written a bad review. Being from Los Angeles and living all over the country, I have had my fair share of opportunities. I understand that mistakes happen and few things in life are perfect. However……

As a direct result of Brita’s complete and total incompetence, I had to unexpectedly pay $600 out of pocket for a service that could have easily been avoided. I was vigilant on making sure this service was covered prior to consenting and was assured by Brita herself that it would be indeed completly covered. When I received the news from Brita through text message that State Farm put a stop payment on a check she had mailed out over three days ago and I had already deposited, I asked for her to call so she could explain the situation - to which she said she had no excuse and claimed that she would do everything in her power to make it right.

That conversation was six weeks ago and I have not heard a thing from Brita nor her office. Since then I have cancelled my State Farm policy and switched to a vastly superior company with similar coverage at a significantly less cost.

In a world where we have the luxury of choice, my advice would be to stay clear of this agent. Funnily enough, of her few reviews, one was left by an employee. Apparently ethics do not matter when you’re in desperate need for good reviews."
